Plans and executes FANN's Native Plant Seminar, board-mandated annual event whose mission is to provide horticulture and landscape industry pros with education and networking that advances the use of native plants. Professionals only, not the retail public, rotates around the state. Team works with staff to select venue, design program, and carry out seminar. 

How can FANN better promote its retail public-serving members?

FANN is trying to develop a series of stackable micro-credentials to help horticulture and landscape professionals learn to identify, select, use and maintain native plants and landscapes. We need very experienced professionals to help us select plants to focus on (with board approval), develop educational programming around those plants, and help us develop assessment methods (tests and exercises).
